Do you charge per Hour?As a company, we charge per project to ensure you receive the utmost value while respecting the timeframe outlined in the contract.

How long will the project take to complete?We take pride in respecting the timeframe outlined in our contracts, understanding that it varies based on the project's complexity. To account for potential challenges, we always add an extra 1-2 days as a buffer. For example, if you're expanding a room, we provide a quote for both demolition and construction. However, unexpected obstacles—such as discovering a support beam after removing a wall—may require additional work, increasing both cost and time. Our goal is to ensure transparency and deliver the best possible outcome while managing unforeseen circumstances efficiently.

Do you charge for Estimates?We provide a free estimate upon arrival at your project site. A detailed quotation is then prepared to ensure the overall price is respected. Once both parties agree on the cost, we document the full project details in both digital and paper contracts. The only time we charge for site visits is when the project is located more than 140 km or 1 hour from our location. This ensures that our time is fairly accounted for. These charges start at $50, but if you proceed with the project, the fee is deducted from the total cost.

Do We need to make a down payment?This isn't required unless you're booking with us to secure a specific date and time in our schedule. We only require materials to be paid upfront. For projects that take longer than a week, weekly payments will be required until completion, as outlined in the contract.

Do you include Materials?Depending on the project, we can arrange a price for both labor and materials. This depends on the type of project you need completed, as some materials are purchased from various stores, and we don’t have control over their promotions or price fluctuations due to inflation.

Are you Comfortable Working while we aren't not there or if we are Home?Yes, we have worked many times in the past at clients' homes while they were away to complete projects. We remain focused solely on the task at hand, ensuring a safe, secure, and trustworthy experience. If you are home during the project, we take pride in working around your schedule and completing our job in the most professional manner.
